GENERAL GUIDELINES
- Journals should include research papers, literature reviews, conceptual papers, or viewpoints in economics, business, and related subjects.(Jurnal harus mencakup makalah penelitian, tinjauan literatur, makalah konseptual, atau sudut pandang di bidang ekonomi, bisnis, dan mata pelajaran terkait)
- The journal has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication in another journal or other publication.(Jurnal belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya dan tidak sedang dipertimbangkan untuk dipublikasikan di jurnal lain atau publikasi lainnya)
- The plagiarism/similarity index does not exceed 20%.(Indeks plagiarisme/kemiripan tidak melebihi 20%.
- Manuscripts must be submitted online at: (Naskah harus diserahkan secara online di:

WRITING GUIDELINES
- Manuscripts must be written in Indonesian or English. (Naskah harus ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia atau bahasa Inggris )
- Manuscripts should be written using the provided template in 8 to 20 pages.(Naskah harus ditulis menggunakan template yang disediakan dalam 8 hingga 20 halaman)
- Citations and references refer to the American Psychological Association (APA) style (Seventh Edition). We recommend using a reference management application such as EndNote, Mendeley, Zotero, or References Tab in Microsoft Word (Kutipan dan referensi mengacu pada gaya American Psychological Association (APA) (Edisi Ketujuh). Kami menyarankan untuk menggunakan aplikasi manajemen referensi seperti EndNote, Mendeley, Zotero, atau Tab Referensi di Microsoft Word)
THE STRUCTURE OF PAPER
Title
The title should be concise. (Judul harus ringkas)
Author's name
The author's name should not be included without the title. Authors should also disclose their institution, country of origin, and email address.(Nama penulis tidak boleh dicantumkan tanpa judul. Penulis juga harus mengungkapkan institusi, negara asal, dan alamat email mereka)
Abstract
The abstract should be written in both Indonesian and English. The abstract consists of research objectives, research methods, and results or findings. The abstract should be concise, thorough, and no more than 200 words. (Abstrak harus ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Abstrak terdiri dari tujuan penelitian, metode penelitian, dan hasil atau temuan. Abstrak harus ringkas, menyeluruh, dan tidak lebih dari 200 kata)
Keywords
Keywords consist of several words that represent the topic described in the paper. Keywords should not be more than five concepts.(Kata kunci terdiri dari beberapa kata yang mewakili topik yang dijelaskan dalam makalah. Kata kunci tidak boleh lebih dari lima konsep)
Introduction
The introduction explains the background of the research, the research questions and objectives, and also describes some previous research related to the research questions as well as the novelty of the research.(Pendahuluan menjelaskan latar belakang penelitian, pertanyaan dan tujuan penelitian, dan juga menjelaskan beberapa penelitian sebelumnya yang terkait dengan pertanyaan penelitian serta kebaruan penelitian)
Literature Review
Literature review contains the definition of main concepts, related theories, relationships between variables (if necessary), previous research, preferably from relevant primary literature and hypothesis development (if any), included in this section. (Kajian pustaka memuat tentang definisi konsep utama, teori terkait, hubungan antar variabel (jika perlu), penelitian terdahulu, diutamakan dari pustaka primer yang relevan dan pengembangan hipotesis (jika ada) dimasukkan dalam bagian ini)
Conceptual Framework and Hypothesis
The conceptual framework contains the relationship between variables as well as a picture of the conceptual framework and hypotheses (if any) are included in this section.(Kerangka konseptual memuat tentang hubungan antar variabel serta gambar kerangka konsep dan hipotesis (jika ada) dimasukkan dalam bagian ini
Methods
The research method explains the research design, population and sample, types and sources of data, data collection techniques, data processing procedures, data analysis techniques, and operational definitions of research variables.(Bagian ini menjelaskan desain penelitian, populasi dan sampel, jenis dan sumber data, teknik pengumpulan data, prosedur pengolahan data, teknik analisis data, dan definisi operasional variable penelitian)
Findings and Discussion
This section presents the research results. Research results can be supplemented with tables, graphs (images), and/or charts. The discussion section describes the results of data processing, interprets the findings logically, relates to relevant reference sources (theories and empirical studies), and presents the results of the research.(Bagian ini menyajikan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian dapat dilengkapi dengan tabel, grafik (gambar), dan/atau bagan. Bagian pembahasan memaparkan hasil pengolahan data, menginterpretasikan penemuan secara logis, mengaitkan dengan sumber rujukan yang relevan (teori dan kajian empiris)
Conclusion
The conclusion contains a brief summary of the research results and discussion. Suggestions contain things that still need to be improved including suggestions for future researchers related to the limitations of the study. (Kesimpulan berisi rangkuman singkat atas hasil penelitian dan pembahasan. Saran berisi hal-hal yang masih perlu diperbaiki termasuk saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya terkait dengan keterbatasan penelitian)
Acknowledgments (if required)
Include acknowledgments at the end of the article before the bibliography. List here the people who have assisted in the writing of the paper (e.g., funding your research project, providing language assistance, helping with writing or proofreading the article, etc.). (Cantumkan ucapan terima kasih di akhir artikel sebelum daftar pustaka. Cantumkan di sini orang-orang yang telah membantu dalam penulisan makalah (misalnya, mendanai proyek penelitian Anda, memberikan bantuan bahasa, membantu menulis atau mengoreksi artikel, dll.).
References
The writing of the manuscript and the citations referred to in this manuscript must be consistent with the literature review. The bibliography should only include references published in the journal.
